The official language for Presentations is "English". However, using "Japanese" is allowed in presentations registered in the category “Japanese oral presentation”.



Poster presentation guidelines

Size : A0 (vertically long)
Language : English

[P1A – P80B] Noyori Conference Hall (1F)
[P81A – P120B] Lobby of Sakata and Hirata Hall


Poster set-up
Place your poster on the panel indicated by your presentation number.
The poster can be placed on the panel between 11:30 AM, Sep 12 and 3:00 PM, Sep 14. After that time, any remaining posters will be discarded by the JDRC15 office.
The organizer and secretariat will not be held liable for any theft, loss, or damage of posters.

2:25 PM - 3:10 PM : Even-numbered

10:50 AM -11:35 AM : Posters with “A”
11:35 AM - 12:20 : Posters with “B”



Oral presentation guidelines

Presentation venue: Main venue (Sakata and Hirata hall)
Presentations should be delivered using your computer.
Presentation slides will be streamed to the satellite venue (Noyori Conference Hall , 2nd floor).


Presentation
Please use your computer for oral presentations. The HDMI port is used to connect the presenter's computer to the projector. Prepare an adapter if necessary. To facilitate switching presenters, please come to the front row of the main venue with your computer during the short break before your session.
