COVID-19 infection control measures

JDRC15 Basic guidelines for COVID-19 infection control

We will follow measures set by Nagoya University: https://en.nagoya-u.ac.jp/news/20200410_covid19.html
based on the Special Measures Act to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please note that the content may change depending on the future situation.



[Please cooperate with PCR test and vaccination]
We strongly recommend all participants to take their 3rd COVID-19 vaccine booster.
If you have not been vaccinated, please provide a PCR test result within 72 hours from the date of your arrival at the venue.
Please refrain from coming to the conference venue if you don’t feel well.
Any person having a fever, cough, pain in the throat, feeling of malaise or breathing problem on the day of JDRC15 will not be allowed in the conference venue.


[Consent for participation Form]
Please submit the “Consent for participation Form” before you attend the conference. If anyone who participates or engages in JDRC15 is found to have been infected with COVID-19, the central or local government may ask us to provide information about participants as well as others who organize or engage in the conference. Please kindly understand that we will respond to the central or local government’s request and provide all necessary personal information.
