Name card and program book
Participants who have already registered and paid for the conference are asked to download and print their own name cards prior to the conference. Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to the venue.
Registrants can pick up their program book and name card holder at the reception desk, which will open at 11:30, September 12th. Please, wear your conference name card at all times inside the conference venue.
A digital version of the program book is also available for download.
Language
The primary language used throughout the JDRC15 will be "English".
Photography and recording
Photography or audio recording of presentations is prohibited unless authorized by the presenter.
Wi-Fi network
The "eduroam" Wi-Fi network service is available at Nagoya University.
