Presentation Guidelines & Upload
Podium Presentation (Session/ Free Paper)
Presentations must be uploaded by August 26th, 2024. Presentation will not be accepted after this date.
Upload file in PowerPoint (PPT, PPT) using this filename structure: Program No.– Presenting Author Last Name – First Initial.ppt (e.g., S2-2-Ando-W.ppt). Please check the program No. on the Abstract Acceptance Results. You can upload your file within the deadline. The latest version will be used.

Session: 7 minutes talk and 3 minutes discussion
Free Paper: 5 minutes talk and 3 minutes discussion
・ Presenters are required to include a disclosure slide at the start of their presentation. The disclosure slide must immediately follow your title slide.
・ PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 aspect ratio is the recommended format for your presentation and the default configuration for podium presentations.
・ Files must be in .ppt or .pptx format
・ Image, and video files are accepted. Audio files are not accepted.
・ Acceptable file types: Images: jpg, png, gif Video: avi, mp4, wmv
・ Do not include hyperlinks.
・ Embed all multimedia files in your PowerPoint document.
Poster presentation (Poster)
The presentation board is 210cm high x 90cm wide.
・ Presentation numbers will be provided by the secretariat. (20cm high x 20cm wide)
・ Please prepare your own presentation title, affiliation, and presenter name.
・ The presentation display area should fit within the dimensions of 210cm high x 90cm wide.
Note that all presenting authors are required to register for the ARCO meeting by July 31 2024 to guarantee a position on the program.
