INQA Conference 2024 will be held from Wednesday, October 16, 2024, to Friday, October 18, 2024.
We welcome everyone to participate and give presentations.

• Deadline for abstract submission(invited talk): October 4, 2024, noon (JST)
• Confirmation of accepted abstracts: September 18, 2024(JST)
• Deadline for registration (including payment for lunch and banquet): October 4, 2024, noon (JST)

■ How to submit a request

Please submit a request on the registration page.
Everyone, including invited speakers, must register.

■ Details about registration
There is no fee for participating in this conference.
You can change your request details at any time during the registration period.
Please re-enter your information on the request page.
If you wish to withdraw your participation after the registration period (October 4 or later), please contact the Secretariat by email.

■ Same day requests are not accepted　
We do not accept participation requests at the venue on the day of the conference (same day requests).
Everyone who wishes to participate in the conference (including presenters) must complete registration.
Please note that those arriving at the venue on the day of the conference without having submitted a request for registration will not be allowed into the conference.

■ Fees for meals
If you wish to join lunch during the conference or the banquet on the second day, you may request to do so for a fee.
October 16 lunch: 1,800 yen
October 17 lunch: 1,800 yen
October 18 lunch: 1,800 yen
October 17 banquet: 7,800 yen
*Invited speakers must complete a procedure to receive a refund for the meal cost at the INQA office after the conference has ended.
*As invited speakers require a receipt in English, please set the language to English on the ‘Edit profile’ page to complete registration or contact the office directly.

■ Canceling or changing a meal request
Payment can only be made online by credit card.(Visa/Mastercard)
Receipts can be issued.
Please download your receipt from the participation request page after completing payment.
If you submit your request on the English page, the receipt will be in English.
If you submit your request on the Japanese page, the receipt will be in Japanese.
You can cancel or change your meal plans until October 4, 2024, noon (JST). If you wish to do so, please contact the Secretariat by email.
If you cancel all meals by October 4, 2024, noon (JST), the full amount will be refunded to your credit card.
You cannot receive a refund for meal cancellations or changes on or later than October 4, 2024, noon (JST).
