Terms of use
This terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute between rabbix Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Company"), that run a service "Gakujutsushukai.jp" (hereinafter referred to as "Service") and registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Member"), who complete a membership registration to use our service.
- 1. Member registration

We provides the Service who wish to use under the agreement of the Terms and by the completing membership registration, it becomes feasible to use the Service.
We assume that, by completing a membership registration on behalf of him or her, they and a registrant have agreed to all of the terms and conditions. - 2. Service contents
- The Service is including provided information at the Gakujutsushukai.jp website (hereinafter referred to as "Website"), and also provided by email and via internet technology.
- 3. Interruption and suspension of Service

It may suspend the Service itself or a part of Service because of act of God, labor dispute, power outage, failure of maintenance inspection system to provide the Service, any other force majeure or the Company's circumstance.
By preceding paragraph to suspend the service, the Company assumes no responsibility to Member.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss of Member by interruption or suspension of the Service regardless of the reason. - 4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Member will not be able to use provided all information, contents to reproduce and use beyond the extent permitted for private use by the Copyright Act regardless of the reason.
All rights(property right, intellectual property right, portrait right, publicity right) of Provided text, images, program and other data at the Service belong to the Company or the third party who has the rights except for created by Member.
If the Member cause any problem due to defaults on this agreement, the Member must solve the problem by own cost and response, and take appropriate measures to not inflict any disadvantage, expense and loss to the Company. - 5. Prohibited matters

The Member prohibits to conduct following acts.
● An act of using a personal information such as a registered name, an e-mail address for illegal purpose.
● An act of actually or potentially inflicting upon any annoying conduct, disadvantage or loss on the Company or a third party.
● An act of actually or potentially inflicting upon all rights such as copyrights, intellectual property rights, portrait right and privacy on the Company or a third party.
● An act of sending or uploading indecent, child abuse, animal abuse, ethnic and racist image and text.
● An act of conducting or connecting upon a fraud, pyramid scheme or other criminal act.
● An act of using or providing any computer virus or other harmful program to or through the Service.
● Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
- 6. Fee for a paid service

A parson who will use a paid service (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Member") assume that they have agreed following conditions.
● If the Paid Member uses a paid service, there will be charged specified amount for the Service.
● The Company specify separately a usage fee and a service charge when use the Service.
● All service charge arise from applying a paid service will be paid by the Paid Member.
● The Company can post the Paid Member's conference name on our webpage and a printed material as the implementation record.
- 7. Withdrawal and deregistration of membership

The Member will be able to withdraw from the Service by proceeding withdrawal procedure.
The Company cancel the membership registration who have completed the membership withdrawal procedure.
If also the Member relevant to any following reasons, the Company can cancel the membership registration without notice and demand to the Member.
●An act of false submission or illegal using when register a personal information at submitting the membership or modify membership record.
●Even through the Company send an e-mail to registered e-mail address, the e-mail doesn't reach or a registered e-mail address doesn't work properly.
●To defaults on the Terms.
Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company.
- 8. Disclaimer

Regardless of the reason, the Company assumes no responsibility for any loss arising out of use or not use the Service.
The Company does not guarantee in terms of integrity, accuracy, reliability and utility by provided information and function at the Service.
The Company does not support device, facility, software and communication service for using the Service by each Member. The Company also does not have responsibility to change and modify it, even if each Member's device, facility, software and communication service does not adapt to the Company's administrating facility and software's settings.
Under the Service, contents of advertisement and publicity sending to the Member or posting at the Website by the Company are specified by advertiser's own response, therefore the Company assume no responsibility to the Member regarding to the advertiser’s existence, address and related information and will not obligate to confirm credibility etc..
The Company assumes no responsibility for failure and damage at Member's mobile device, any other communication device or data due to accident arising out use of the Service.
On top of specified at the foregoing section, if the loss arise out damage to the Member due to the Company's fault, the Company has no responsibility of consequential damage and no matter predictable or not due to arise or extend the damage or lost profit. - 9. Access log acquisition

The Company obtains an access log for understanding use trend of customer and measuring effect of advertising.
It is collecting IP address, type of web browser and domain name, however the collected information will not use connecting with collected personal information.
Access log data analysis may outsource to a third party. - 10. Competent court
- If a need arises to litigate over this Agreement, the Member and the Company are governed by the laws of Japan, and the district court which exercises jurisdiction over the defendant's location will serve as the exclusive primary jurisdiction.
- 11. Discussion
- If a conflict arises between the Member and the Company in connection with the Service, the both parties will discuss in good faith to resolve the conflict.
- 12. Add and extra amendment to Terms of use
- The Service can modify, add and delete without giving a prior notice to the Member. The Company have no responsibility for any loss or failure to the customer arising out due to this act.
- 13. Other act
- The Member will comply a non established contents in the Terms which when the Company specifies details.
